The Giving Hungary Foundation and Abacusan Studio have teamed up to launch the “Play for our Future” charity initiative.
Parents, businesses and companies committed to the school can directly contributeto the development of the institution’s robotics
toolkit.
The robotics toolkit, selected by the school according to its pedagogical objectives and the amount of funding raised, will be presented in a
game competition.
During the event, teams from schools (students, staff and/or representatives of the donor organisation) will be able to get to know the educational robots of their choice and others
.

About the teams
The maximum number of teams registered for the game is 5.
The team can be made up of students, school staff and supporters.
Mandatory data to be provided by team members: name, e-mail address, telephone number.
For pupils, a written declaration from a parent or guardian authorising them to take part in the competition.

The organisation assisting in the organisation of the game is Abacusan Stúdió Oktatásszervező Nonprofit Kft.

All data provided by the teams to the Organiser or the Assistant Promoter during the course of the competition will not be passed on to third parties.
Exceptions to this rule are the staff of any public authority that may be acting in a supervisory or control capacity.
On the basis of the above, the participant of the “Play for our Future” competition acknowledges and expressly agrees that the Organiser and the Assistant Promoter may process, store and use the data provided by the participant during the application and registration process as described in the Privacy Policy.
All participants of the Game for our Future Game are aware of and expressly consent to the Organizer and the Assistant Promoter, as data controller, processing their data necessary for the game in connection with the game, for the sole purpose of contact and administration during the game.
A competition between teams that have reached the “Crown” level will result in a special prize for the best teams.
The prizes will come from the donations of the sponsors, the Organiser and the Assistant Organiser.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Giving Hungary Foundation and Abacusan Studio process personal data in accordance with applicable law, except for mandatory data processing.

The provision of data for participation in this game is voluntary.
All those who participate in the game acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organiser or Assistant Organiser processing, storing and using the data provided by them during the registration process in accordance with the content of the Data Protection Statement.
Participants in the Play for our Future game competition acknowledge and expressly agree that they.

- the name of the winning team, the teacher who entered it and his/her school will be published by the Organiser without any further conditions or consideration, solely in connection with the game.

The Organiser will not be held responsible for any consequences caused by incorrect or erroneous information provided by the nominated team.
In any dispute, the decision of the Organiser shall prevail.
