We had a fantastic week at this year’s Abacusan Talent and Experience Camp, which was held for the 13th time. From 27 July to 2 August, we created, learned and had fun together in the exciting world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths).
We started each morning with gymnastics and playful movement, then dived into robotics and animation. The children chose thematic sessions according to their interests, working on exciting projects.
But the experiences don’t end there! In the afternoons and evenings, we held team-building activities together. We went on a trip to the Castle Hill Lookout, took a train ride to Kismaros and walked along the waterfront. In the evenings, we played team games, board games, number wars and roasted marshmallows. It was a special experience to sing and play music together with Gergelyly Nógrádi.
This camp proved once again that learning, creating and community experiences are not mutually exclusive, in fact they are! We’re already looking forward to next year’s camp, where more adventures and exciting activities await us!
